Hello and welcome. I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years’ experience, specialising in the assessment and treatment of adults presenting with a wide range of mental health difficulties.
My particular interest is in treating childhood trauma by helping people to understand and recover from the emotional, relational, and psychological effects that these early life events can have.
Combining compassion with evidence-based psychological interventions, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Working with Me
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to effective therapy, so finding the right fit matters. I offer a free 15‑minute telephone consultation to ensure that we can work well together.
In our first session, we will complete a psychological assessment and use this to develop a shared formulation. This helps us understand how your difficulties developed and what is keeping them going.
I offer a range of evidence‑based psychological therapies, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, CFT and DBT-informed interventions.

Common Questions
What happens in an assessment?
A psychological assessment is a way for me to get to know you and hear your story. I will ask your questions about your childhood, significant life experiences, current situation and your goals for therapy. Together we will use this information to develop a psychological understanding of your difficulties and identify a treatment plan.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions last for 1 hour. The number of sessions you require will depend on your difficulties and goals. This is something we will discuss together and review throughout treatment.
What are the session fees?
Individual therapy and clinical assessment sessions are £130 per hour. For organisational services and bespoke projects, please contact me directly for a tailored quotation based on your needs.
Where do sessions occur?
I offer flexible online sessions for individuals via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. For organisations, I offer both online or face-to-face appointments at your team base within Hampshire.
Can you provide letters or reports?
Yes, I am happy to provide letters or reports although these are not offered as standard. This will incur an additional fee based on the time required to prepare the document. Please note that I do not offer court reports or provide expert witness services.
